The $180 million aged care residence by Presbyterian Aged Care comprises 70 senior independent living units and 9 senior apartments, a 100-bed aged care facility including a dementia unit with dedicated gardens. The residence features a gym, café, theatrette, hair and beauty salon, swimming pool, and hydrotherapy spa.
The residence runs Home Care and Day Centre activities through the use of community and function rooms.
The development is divided into six identified addresses in five buildings ranging from four to seven levels, accessible via two receptions and five entries from the street. The residence features landscaped parks and gardens as well as carparking for residents and visitors.
